OAS is a locally owned and Abu Dhabi based company. We were set up in early 2015 to provide professional, yet affordable helideck and heliport services to the MENA region as well as to assist the local transition to the new UAE GCAA helideck and heliport advisory documents, CAR-HVD. 

We are proud to say that we have already worked closely with rig owners, helicopter operators and the local aviation regulator to facilitate the compliance process.

Prior to our arrival helideck inspectors and consultants mostly had to be "imported" from the UK or Australia into the region at great expense and with the associated time delays. By being close at hand the logistical costs are far less and we are able to respond so much quicker.

But as important is our local reputation, contacts and knowledge. Outside companies may have a commercial interest in the region but often struggle to understand and adapt to the local differences. For us this is not just an area of operation,  it is also our home, and so we have a personal interest and desire to significantly advance and enhance helideck and heliport safety in the UAE and Middle East region.  In order to achieve that goal we will continue to share information, work closely with local stakeholders and provide a superior service based upon professionalism, honesty and integrity. That is our vision and our mission.
